| 摘 要： | 公共支出是政府职能行为的成本,反映了政府的政策选择。在国家新农村建设的背景下,本文首先阐述了公共支出国内外理论的发展情况,后结合1978-2005年历年来温州财政支农的总量数据,对温州财政农业支出规模进行了实证性分析,并对财政农业支出有关问题提出了若干建议。
