| Abstract: | Establishing a scientific concept of development of science and technology is to adhere to the scientific concept of development to the core of people--centered thinking, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable basic requirements and the basic integrated method. So we should handle a variety of complex relations correctly and promoting China~s science and technology onto new roads of people--oriented,comprehensive coordinated and sustainable scientific development. |
