论服务型政府共同愿景建设

建设服务型政府是国家和人民发自内心的共同意愿。服务型政府共同愿景由景象、价值观、使命和目标四部分构成。建设服务型政府共同愿景是建设和谐社会的现实选择,是实现公务员激励的客观需要,是加快服务型政府建设的根本要求。目前我国各级政府需要在正确处理公务员个人愿景和政府共同愿景的关系、用核心价值观主导公务员行为、加强公务员的学习与交流、推进政府共同愿景法制化等方面促进服务型政府共同愿景建设。

Serving government is the common hope of our nation and people.The shared vision of serving government includes vision,value concept,mission,and aim.Constructing shared vision of serving government is the realistic choice to build harmonious society,and the objective need to realize civil servant's incentive and essential requirement to quicken serving government.At present,our all levels' governments need accelerate to construct shared vision of serving government through correctly dealing with the relationship between civil servant's personal vision and government's shared vision,leading civil servant's behavior by core value concept,strengthening civil servant's study and communication,boosting the development in law of shared vision.
