| 摘 要： | 电子商务已经成为世界上最具潜力的交易市场,其涉及的领域和技术,带有普遍的社会性和整体性。网络的虚拟空间和现实的地域管辖将使全球经济的发展标新立异,由此引发出世界各国对现代民商法律冲突的思考和探索。本文仅就电子商务的特点带给传统民事管辖权的冲击作为引线,略陈己见。
