| Abstract: | Creativity and Efficiency Activities center on young workers,whose purpose is to improve the working efficiency with creative ways.Through the investigation of Ou-Hai private enterprises and young workers,we see that there are some problems in the activities.Therefore,the article makes some good suggestions that the league committee should play an important role. |
