| Abstract: | To govern the country by the rule of law and to do so by the rule of virtue complement each other in the general plan for running a socialist country.As an organic whole,they draw substance from each other,they combine closly and function to supplement each other,and they support and help each other forward in their implementatiion.which has a great and profound significance for the accomplishment of the lasting political stability of the Chinese nation,of its long-term development. |
