论邓小平对中国特色社会主义的设计

邓小平作为中国改革开放建设的总设计师,解放思想,实事求是,对中国特色社会主义的大业作了战略性设计.邓小平科学地分析了中国的国情和世情,对中国特色社会主义大厦的"地基"作了全面的"勘察",奠定了此项事业的客观出发点;对中国特色社会主义的功能作了准确的"定位",确定了此项事业的导向;对中国特色社会主义的制度和体制作了矛盾的"建构",绘制了新制度、新体制的蓝图;对中国特色社会主义的建设进程作了能动的"规划",安排了党的事业的前程;对中国特色社会主义事业可能遇到的危险作了战略的"预告",使全党始终保持清醒的头脑.邓小平不仅谋划了中国特色社会主义大业,尤其提出了一整套社会设计的方法论,为在中国建立"战略设计学"这门新的学科作了开创性、奠基性的工作,值得我国哲学社会科学界深入研究.

A Study of DENG Xiao- ping's Design of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

As chief architect of China's reform and opening up to the outside, DENG Xiao-ping, after having liberated his mind and adopted a down-to-earth attitude, strategically designed the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. By making a scientific analysis of China's real situation and world realities and an overall examination of the foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, he set the orientation of the socialist development and mapped out a blueprint of the new system and new regime. Besides this, he also planned the process and progression of the socialist construction and gave strategic caveats of the likely dangers to be encountered in the course of construction, thereby keeping the party constantly clear-minded. This paper argues that his design deserves further research in the sphere of philosophy and social science.
