| 摘 要： | 贯彻党的十六大精神的一个重要任务 ,就是要把党内民主制度化的实践进程不断推向前进。因为只有实现党内民主制度化 ,才能保证党内民主长期、稳定地实行和发展 ;才能确保党内每一项具体的民主制度得以遵行 ;才能实现国家政治生活中民主的制度化、法律化。为了胜利完成实现党内民主制度化的任务 ,我们须确立社会主义民主政治观念 ,应保证每个党员、党组织应有民主权利的实现 ,要建立健全切实可行的党内民主制度 ,并加强对党内民主制度执行情况的检查监督。

| Abstract: | A major task in carrying out the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Party is to constantly propel the practice of institutionalization of inner-Party domocracy.Only when inner-Party democracy is institutionalized,can long-term and stable inner-Party democracy be guaranteed,can each specific institution of democracy be observed and can institutionalization of democracy in political life of the country be realized.To do so,we must enhance our awareness of socialist democratic politics,work out and perfect the workable institutions of inner-Party democracy so as to ensure that every Party member enjoys the rigdts to inmer-Party democracy and strengthen examination of and supervision over the implementation of inner-Party democracy. |
