Multidimensional Deconstruction of Lack of Procuratorial Credibility -An Analysis based on the perspective of Alienation Participated by Criminal Victim

The basic attitude and evaluation which is shown by alienation participated by victims reflect judicial trust crisis of proeuratorate. The alienation participated by victims impact the basis of procuratorate＇ s public credibility and forms a vicious circle like domino. Dilemma reflection has become the top priority. We need to deconstruct internal core relationship between alienation participated by victims and lack of procuratorate＇ s public credibility, by systematically analyzing deduction of Psychological externalized model and specific mode of metal change in the process of forming trust towards proeuratorate, the dynamic process in which alienation of victims influences procuratorate＇ s public credibility as well as shock caused by alienation, etc.
