| Abstract: | Innovation of theory is the precondition and foundation of innovation of work.Trade union should be guided by theory innovation in boosting the innovation of train of thoughts of trade union work,the working mechanism,the working methods and other factors.The trade unions in enterprises should play an active role in enhancing enterprises' development and protecting laborers' rights and interests,so as to make new contribution to build a well-off society,harmonious society and to realize the eleventh five-year plan. |
