| 摘 要： | 民主协商发端于20世纪30年代末,形成于人民政协诞生时。伴随着社会变迁和社会结构转型的加速,人们的政治参与意识、利益诉求愿望日益增强,呼唤着民主协商体制机制的创新。为了更好地适应经济的发展和社会的变迁,我们有必要从民主协商体制机制创新的基本走向、层面拓展、主要着力点三个方面作深入探析。

| Abstract: | Democratic consultation started from late 30’ s of the 20th century,when the CPPCC was founded.With the social changes and the acceleration of social structure transformation,people’ s sense of political participation and interest appeal are getting more and more stronger,which call for institutional innovation of democratic consultation.In order to adapt to the economic growth and social changes,we need to make thorough analysis on such institutional innovation in terms of its basis trend,range widening and main focus. |
