| Abstract: | When exploring ways of its construction,the CPC organization in Guangxi Yucai Group Ltd upholds the scientific concept of development and plays a core role in organizing training employees and improving systems.By doing so,the political advantages of the CPC and adjusting function of the market are combined efficiently,which leads to a win-win result for both the enterprise's party construction and the enterprise's business. |
