| Abstract: | The changes of time characters have put forwards new demands of developing historical materialism.Hu Jintao has had response to the demands and brought forward the thought of the Party should realize "to use power for the people,to tie affection with the people,to seek interests for the people." The thought has enriched and developed Marxism opinion on the mass. |
