论社区矫正制度的司法完善

在我国社区矫正工作由试点到全面铺开的情形下,我国社区矫正试点工作创造了不少成功经验,但也存在一些尚待解决的问题:立法滞后、制度不健全、管理手段的现代化程度不高、监控机制尚未形成等。因此,为了顺利开展社区矫正工作,加强对社区矫正对象的管理,确保社区矫正的有效性,实现刑罪的目的,加快社区矫正法制化建设,有必要从实体上、程序上、组织上加强和完善社会矫正制度。
