| Abstract: | The power of giving sentencing proposals is an important part of the power of public prosecution and it is something external of the power of requesting punishment. Based on judicial practices and the proof of value rationality of the power of giving sentencing proposals, this article discusses the time when the power to protest against court sentences should be exercised, the carrier, the specific content, and the relationship between giving sentencing proposals and the protest. |
