| 摘 要： | 公安教育培训工作是公安事业发展的重要增长点,是队伍管理长效机制的重要环节,公安工作的特点要求公安队伍建设必须走职业化、专业化之路。公安教育培训工作必须紧紧围绕着培养合格的高素质职业化专门人才的目标运作,突出教育培训特色,拓展空间,加强、改善与业务实践部门的联系,贴近实践,突出针对性,将公安教育培训工作做精,做强,做出效益。

| Abstract: | Police education and training is an important points in developing police undertaking, also it is an important link in long time management , so the characteristic of police work are that police must be professional , police education and training must closely centered and managed by developing high qualified , professional talented person as their aim, projecting characteristic of education by training, to enlarge space, to strengthen and improve connection with practical section, close to practice, to project concerning , by which our education will become accurate, powerful and effective. |
