构建和谐劳动关系对策研究——以河北省石家庄市为例

通过调研发现,资本和劳动者的强弱地位悬殊、法制不健全、政府监管不力及工会职能发挥不充分是影响我国劳动关系和谐的重要因素.对此提出如下对策:提高法制观念,建立健全行业性和区域性工会组织,加强劳动监察执法,推行工资集体协商、集体合同,加大劳动争议处理的调解力度.
