| 摘 要： | 产业结构不合理,城市化滞后于工业化,是造成我国收入差距扩大,利益结构失衡的总根源,由此引发的社会不稳定因素也日益增多,这种状况制约着改革开放和现代化建设向纵深推进.因此,顺应西部大开发战略,调整产业结构,加快城市化步伐,是保持我国经济社会可持续发展的治本之策.

| Abstract: | That the irrational industrial structure and lagged citilization relative to the industrialization brought about the enlarged earning disparity and the unbalanced benefit structure,thereby triggered off increasingly unstable factors of the society.This status restricts the advances of opening up and reform,as well as the modernization construction in depth.Therefore,in order to expedite the step of citilization,the plan of effecting a permanent cure is to conform to the grand west development strategy and to adjust the industrial structure. |
