| 摘 要： | 高校学报是汇编作品,高校学报著作权具有不同于一般出版物的诸多特点。长期以来,无论是在理论上还是在实践中,由于对高校学报著作权的独特性没有足够的、清晰的认识,因此造成了无视高校学报著作权、随意侵犯高校学报著作权的情况频频发生。文章在对高校学报著作权内涵和归属进行思辨的基础上,探讨了维护高校学报著作权的实践重点。

| Abstract: | University journal is assembly work,its copyright is different from general publication. Since long-term,whether in theory or in practice,because we don’t have enough and clear understanding to college journal copyright,thus caused ignorance and infringement of university journal copyright occurred frequently. Based on the speculation of the connotation and ownership of university journal copyright,this article probes into the practical emphasis of maintaining university journal copyright. |
