卧底侦查证据问题研究

卧底侦查作为一种特殊的侦查手段，对于某些重、特大犯罪案件的侦破有着无法替代的作用。但是，由于其特殊性极易造成严重的后果，必须对其进行严格的限制。本文通过对实践侦查工作的调查与分析，结合我国侦查实际，提出在我国应该明确卧底侦查的法律地位，赋予侦查机关卧底侦查权，对如何具体规定卧底侦查提出了构想。
