| Abstract: | In current, the work of handle the public order was existed some problems. Settling measures including: strengthen training about professional ethics or legal profession, raise the police's comprehensive ethics, strengthen the basic level police, fix in advance the duty system, enhance the profession guiding, intensify a check up system etc. |
