争创更高水平公安工作的实践与思考

近年来，随着铁路现代化建设的步伐不断加快，铁路在运输组织和运营管理的方式上发生了重大变化，公安工作面临的任务日益繁重。结合2009年以来上海铁路公安处工作实践，提出抓队伍、强基础、树品牌、提能力的工作思路，实现上级公安机关提出的争创更高水平公安工作的目标。

The Practice and Thoughts on Striving for Higher Level Police Work

In recent years,along with the increase in railway modernization,there are great changes in the methods of transport organization and operation management,so that the work for the police are getting heavier and heavier.According to the practice that has been done by Shanghai Railway Division of Public Security since 2009,this paper presents the working thoughts of developing the police troops,enhancing the basic work,setting up outstanding brand and improving the police capabilities.Then,the aim,raised by the higher leading bodies,of striving for higher level police work can be reached.
