The Spiritual Resonance of Civil Law and Harmonious Society

The concept of harmonious society coincides with the spirit of civil law. Their philosophical basises are "the nature and man unite as one" and "the pantheism" respectively .The subject conciousness and the natural reason included in the later two lead to the mixture of the former two. To construct the harmonious society, civil law will assume important duty in rebuilding the concept, cultivating the personality, rectifing the culture and providing the society with the legal system.
