| Abstract: | Every new thing has dual influences. In 21 century, network information technology certainly exerts far-reaching influence on society. Derived from network information technology cyber-culture produces many negative impacts on college students. Ideological educator should eliminate these negative impacts so as to ensure the healthy grown-up of students. |
