| 摘 要： | 城市交通拥挤堵塞已成为一种社会现象。在解决城市交通拥挤堵塞问题时,常常因为拥挤堵塞的机理不明,从而导致所采取的措施不正确甚至错误。文章从交通管理的角度出发,从引发交通拥挤堵塞的原因到评价等方面做了简单的论述。

Usually,when we solved these problems,our measures may lead the traffic congestion more serious because of the unknown mechanism of congestion. Starting from traffic administration,this article discusses simply the causes and appraisal of traffic congestion. |
