| 摘 要： | 在党的发展战略步骤理论发展过程中,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人提出了"两步走"发展战略步骤思想,开启了中国式发展战略步骤理论的探索之门。以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人确立了"三步走"发展战略步骤理论,奠定了中国式发展战略步骤理论的根基。以江泽民为代表的中国共产党人提出了更为具体的"三步走"发展战略步骤理论,使中国式发展战略步骤理论进一步深化。以胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人提出了"以人为本"的科学发展战略思想,使中国式发展战略步骤理论进一步完善。
