当前派出所情报信息工作存在的问题及对策

当前,作为公安信息前沿阵地的公安派出所,情报信息工作发展不平衡,总体仍处于弱势,严重影响并制约着全市公安信息化建设的发展。对策:1.树立情报信息主导警务工作理念;2.建立覆盖社会面的情报信息网络;3.建立健全情报信息收集、上报、汇总、研判、反馈机制;4.建立所长领导、兼职信息员民警负责的情报信息责任制;5.构建情报信息工作统一管理平台。

On Problems and Responses of Intelligence Work in Police Stations

The intelligence work isn't developing in balance in the information frontier of police station.The situation held up the total development of public security information construction.Some responses are as followed: to set up the ideology of taking intelligence as the guideline of policing;to establish intelligence social network;to improve the collection,report,generalization,research,feedback of intelligence;to create the system which the heads of police stations lead and part-time staff are responsible for it;to design a system to implement the united management.
