| 摘 要： | 中国近代警察制度在南京国民政府时期得到了很大的发展。警察行政在国家体制中被 作为常设机构固定下来,成为国家行政机构的重要组成部分。警察法规的大量颁布, 各专业警种的相继建立,均为其警政建设的完善作出了贡献,成为该时期警政建设的 主要特色。
