| 摘 要： | 公平竞争是市场经济的一项基本原则.银行业的不正当竞争严重扰乱了正常的金融秩序,损害了银行的信誉,并极容易造成金融风险.本文对我国银行业不正当竞争的成因和危害进行了深入的剖析,并提出了一些解决的办法,有较强的现实意义.
