除了履行对股东的法定义务外 ,现代公司还应承担相应的社会责任 ,其中首要的是人权责任。公司承担人权责任 ,具有法理上的依据 ,也符合公司的长远利益。应当通过官方立法、社会引导和公司自律等措施 ,促使公司积极承担起对其员工、消费者、驻地居民的权利和环境保护等公共利益的责任
