1929年苏联经济政策大转变的原因探讨

The Cause of Great Change in the Soviet Union's Economic Policy in 1929

New Economic Policy,which made the economy of the Soviet Union recoved and developed rapidly in a short time,was first put forward and put into practice by Lenin in the early 1920s;but it was phased out towards the end of 1920s.The article holds that the cause of the change was Stalin's and the other leaders'incorrect understanding of New Economic Policy and the situations at that time,their dogmatic understanding of Marx's and Engel's socialist concepts and the "grain purchasing risk".
