| 摘 要： | 当前,毒品犯罪活动得到了一定遏制,但禁毒工作还存在执法打击、体制机制、侦查手段、戒毒工作等方面的缺陷,应该从落实禁毒责任制、实现社会各界齐抓共管综合治理、铲除毒品消费市场、加强禁毒专业队伍建设等方面制定打击毒品犯罪的治理方略,确保禁毒工作取得实效。

| Abstract: | Currently,the trend of drug-related crimes has been curbed to some extent.Yet,there are still much defects in law-enforcement,mechanisms,investigative aids,clinical therapy in the drug control work.Strategies on drug control should be made to focus on responsibility system,all-society's comprehensive participation in drug control,ridding of the drug consuming market and the establishment of specialized personnel to ensure the solid achievement of the drug control work. |
