| 摘 要： | 反垄断执法机构的设置是反垄断立法进程中一直被高度关注的问题,因为其将深刻影响《反垄断法》的实施效果。本文在借鉴外国反垄断执法机构设置模式的基础上,对我国现有关于反垄断执法机构设置的主要观点进行分析,然后结合我国具体国情,提出我国反垄断法执法机构设置的一些构想。
