| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段青少年刑事司法系统的功能定位仍有所欠缺。国外青少年刑事司法系统除了完成对青少年犯罪人的矫正功能外，必然要承担修复青少年犯罪行为对社会各方面造成伤害的恢复功能。在了解国外青少年刑事司法恢复功能基本内容的基础上，应以和解、家庭会议、结果复原为核心机制。创造性地发挥我国青少年刑事司法系统的恢复功能。
