| 摘 要： | 侵害名誉权作为侵权行为的一种,其构成要件包含四方面的内容,即侵害行为具有违法性,必须有损害后果,侵害行为与损害后果具有因果关系,行为人主观上有过错。作为针对名誉所实施的侵权行为,在具体构成要件的认定上有其独特之处。 |
