| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育形势的发展,使得高等学校在处理学生管理工作方面遇到了很多新情况、新问题。目前就毕业生因欠学费而被学校扣发毕业证的现象非常普遍,这一做法是否合理,是否合法都需要高校学生管理部门认真地去思考,去研究,为其找出一条切实可行的办法,以保障高等学校和高校学生合法权益不受侵犯。

| Abstract: | Developing with our country's higher education,universities meet with a lot of new circumstances?problems when they handle the work about students' management.At present,the phenomenon is very widespread that the students' diplomas are detained due to owing school's fees.Whether this method is reasonable or legal needs to be considered and studied by the high schools' managing sections.A viable method should be found out so as to prevent the legal rights of the students and high schools from being offended. |
