我国转型社会中服务型政府法治化研究

在我国社会转型时期,服务型政府法治化具有重要意义。服务型政府法治化应该坚持合法性、公平性、公开性、民主性、连续性、适应性原则,我国服务型政府法治化改革应该立足我国国情和现有阶段,处理好中央与地方、政府与市场、政府与社会、服务与管制的关系。同时,司法应该对服务型政府法治化作出积极回应。

Study on Legalization of China's Service Government in Transforming Society

In the period of society transformation,service government legalization is of great importance to China.Under the principles of legitimacy,equality,openness,democracy,continuity and adaptation,this legalization reform should be grounded on the national situation and current phase of China and should handle the relationships between central and local,government and market,government and society,as well as service and regulation.Moreover,active judicial response is also necessary.
