| 摘 要： | 针对西部少数民族地区自然灾害频繁发生的实际，在少数民族地震灾区学校的恢复与重建过程中，应该超越地震灾害本身并且面对当地存在的其他各种自然灾害进行长远考虑。同时，对灾区学校房屋的建筑质量和校址选择方面存在的不同观点做了分析，在此基础上就相关问题提出个人看法。
