| 摘 要： | 自1997年刑法修订到现在，全国人大常委会先后对刑法典进行了8次修正，通过了1个单行刑法和7个刑法修正案，及时补充和修改了相关犯罪的规定。但在刑法修正案的立法技术上，还存在着一些不尽人意之处。因此，在今后的刑法修订中，有必要对刑法修正案的立法技术作一些改进。

| Abstract: | The Criminal Code has been amended 8 times by the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress. Since the Criminal Code was first amended in 1979, one Criminal Law of single file and 7 amendments to the Criminal Code have been adopted which in time supplemented and amended the stipulations of relevant crimes. However, there still exist some defects in the legislative techniques of amending the Criminal Code which need to be further improved for the future amendments to the Criminal Code. |
