应用法学教学方法改革探讨

摘    要:加强素质教育是我国进行法学教学改革的出发点;我国应加强应用法学的理论教学,培养学生的理论功底和素养,只有系统地学习和掌握了各门应用法学深邃的理论,才能灵活、有效地运用其解决各种各样的实际问题;应用法学教学的改革,应以其理论体系为框架修订法学本科教材,注意培养学生分析和解决法律问题的能力,改传统单向教学方式为双向教学方式,改进案例教学方式。

Abstract:The reform of teaching approach of xience of law is originated from China' s reinforcement of quantity education. China should enhance theoretical education of applied science of law and cultivate the students' theoretical capability in that the students are able to cope with various kinds of practical problems Ilexibly and effectively so long as they have learned and mastered the profound theories of applied science of law systematically. For the reform of teaching a pproach of applied science of law, the text books for undergraduates should be modified within the framework of its theoretical system, paying attention to forming the students' capability of analyzing and resolving legal problems, and changing traditional unilateral teaching approach to a bilateral one, improving the approach of case study.
