| 摘 要： | 近两年来,高速公路交通事故呈逐年上升趋势,且重特大事故相当突出。调查研究表明,预防高速公路交通事故,要致力于高速公路入口的监控、危险路段的监控、危险时段的监控和危险天气的监控。把这“四个监控”有机地结合起来,将会使高速公路成为安全、快速的运输大通道。

| Abstract: | In recent two years, the traffic accidents which have happened on the expressway are annually increasing, and the serious traffic accidents are quite protruding. Investigation shows that in order to prevent the traffic accidents on the expressway, we will dedicate to the monitor of the entry of the expressway, the monitor of the dangerous section of the road, the monitor during the dangerous period of time and the monitor in the dangerous weather. Integrally combining the "four monitors" will make the expressway a safe and fast main road for transportation. |
