| 摘 要： | 呈上升趋势的未成年人犯罪是社会失控的表现之一,已成为东西方国家目前共同面临的社会问题。从总体上看我国未成年人刑事诉讼制度符合社会进步和世界潮流,但也存在着一些不足。借鉴国外先进经验,完善我国未成年人刑事诉讼制度,有利于维护未成年人合法权益、矫正未成年人犯罪并促进其顺利回归社会,对贯彻党和国家对未成年人犯罪的挽救、教育和改造方针具有深远而重要的意义。
