| 摘 要： | 本文针对刑诉法关于财产强制措施的规定不够完善,缺乏检察监督等外部制约,致使侦查人员采取这类侦查措施的自由裁量权过大,在实践中出现对公民财产权利保障不足的问题,从构建我国刑事财产强制措施体系的角度,论证正确应用财产强制措施对经济案件的社会效果和政治效果的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The provisions on the compulsory measures of property in criminal procedural law is not perfect,and lack of external constraints of prosecution and supervision, leading the too large discretion of the investigators to take such investigation measures,and appearing insufficient protection of the property rights of citizens in practice.The paper from point of view of criminal property compulsory measures system,demonstrate the important role of correct application of compulsory measures to the social effects and political effects of economic cases. |
