中国法学教育改革评析

改革开放以来,我国法学教育进行了大幅度改革,并取得了迅猛发展。但不可否认的是,我国法学教育仍然存在不少问题。改革的思路可以从坚持走多样化发展道路、国外经验与中国国情相结合、正确理解法学教育与法律职业之间的关系、正确处理法学教育与司法考试之间的关系、优化法学教育结构等方面进行探索。

Analysis on Reform of Legal Education in China

After the policy of reform and opening being executed,our country has made great reform and made great progress in law education.While many problems still exist,which cannot be denied.The train of thought can be found from aspects as follows: insist a poly-development road,match the foreign experiences and domestic conditions,understand law education and occupation correctly,deal with law education and judicial exam correctly,make education structure perfect.
