目前，食品安全问题已成为全社会关注的焦点。人类进入文明社会以来，衣食住行的质量得到了前所未有的提高，然而，人们在享受高度的物质文明带来方便的同时，食品安全却在不断地威胁着人们的身心健康。这一社会现象的存在不仅考验着食品生产者的良知和诚信底线。也透视出地方政府在履行监管职能方面的严重缺失。因此，只有加强食品安全监管，才能从根本上解决食品安全存在的诸多问题。

Food Safety and Government Regulation： Rethink,Experience and Countermeasures From the Perspective of Jilin Province

At present, food safety has become the focus of the whole society.Since entering the society of civilization ,the quality of basic necessities of life has been improved like never before.However,when people are enjoying the convenience of the high materi- al civilization,their health is threatened by food safety constantly.This social phenomenon is not only testing the bottom line of the conscience and sincerity of food producers,but also revealing the serious lack of local government in performing its regularly func- tions.Therefore ,only to strengthen the regulation of food safety can solve the problems that exist in it.
