城镇社区网格化管理浅析——以吉林省通榆县为例

社区是城镇管理的基础单元。在社会管理创新的时代背景下。传统的自上而下的社区管理、社区服务已不适应现代城镇管理的要求,因此,社区网格化管理这种新的城镇管理模式应运而生。本文以吉林省通榆县为例,分析了城镇社区网格化管理取得的成绩以及实施社区网格化管理存在的问题。在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。

Urban Community Grid Management A Case Study of Tongyu Country of Jilin Province

Community is the base unit of urban management.In the background of social governance innovation,the traditional com munity management and community service, which are ＂top-down＂,no longer meet the requirements of modern urban management, and this gives birth to a new urban management model of community grid management.This article takes Tongyu country of Jilin province for example ,analyzes the achievements of urban community grid management and the problems in the enforcement of community grid management. On this basis, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
