论吉林省农村法律服务体系的构建

在我国城乡一体化进程中,法律服务需求日益增大,农村法律服务体系的构建和完善迫在眉睫.自改革开放以来,吉林省农村虽建立了一些法律服务所,但没有形成完整的体系,仍存在着很多亟待解决的问题.因此,政府应充分发挥建设农村公益法律服务体系的主导作用,发展壮大农村法律服务队伍,建立有经费保障的、公益的农村法律服务体系.

On the Construction of the Rural Legal Service System of Jilin Province

In the process of our country＇s urban and rural integration,the need of the legal service is growing,so to build and per-fect the rural legal service system is extremely urgent.Since reform and opening up,some legal service offices have been built inrural areas of Jilin province,but the complete system has not formed,and there are still many urgent problems to be solved.There-fore,the government should give full play to the leading role of constructing the rural legal service system for public interest,devel-op a growing team of rural legal service,build a rural legal service system for public interest and its budget is protected.
