| Abstract: | In the context of constructing harmonious society,the consequence and indispensability of civil procedure proper to small litigation costs are highlighted in the scheme of miscellaneous civil controversy settlement mechanism.The establishment of China's civil procedure of small litigation costs reckons on proceeding mode alternative and concrete institutional design in compliance with national conditions through studying and investigating the relative lawmaking abroad. |
