SPF雏鸡感染网状内皮组织增殖病病毒后白细胞介素2和干扰素诱生活性的变化

对1日龄SPF雏鸡人工感染网状内皮组织增殖病病毒(REV)后,胸腺T淋巴细胞白细胞介素2(IL-2)诱生活性于14～49 d极显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);脾T淋巴细胞IL-2诱生活性于14 d明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),感染后21～49 d极显著降低(P＜0.01);脾淋巴细胞干扰素(IFN)的诱生活性于感染后7～49 d极显著降低(P＜0.01).提示SPF雏鸡受REV感染后机体免疫器官的分子免疫调节机能明显降低或发生障碍.

Alterations of inductive activity of IL-2 and IFN in SPF Chicks Infected with reticuloendotheliosis virus

After one day old SPF chicks were artificially infected with reticuloendotheliosis virus (REV), inductive activity of interleukine 2 (IL 2) of T lymphocytes of thymus of the tested chicks decreased more significantly than that of the control group chicks (P<0.01) in 14 to 49 days post the infection; inductive activity of IL 2 of T lymphocytes of the spleens of the tested chicks were lower and much lower than that of the control group chicks on the day 14 and in the 21 to 49 days after the infection (P<0.05 and P<0.01) ; inductive activity of interferon (IFN) of lymhpocytes of spleen of the tested chicks decreased very obviously (P<0.01) with in 7 to 49 days post the infection. It was concluded that the molecular immunoregulatory function in the immune organs of SPF chicks infected with REV declined of produced disorder.
