| 摘 要： | 按照江主席提出的“培养和造就大批高素质新型军事人才”的战略性要求，要切实转变思想观念，把高学历干部的培养工作当作一项长期的战略任务抓紧抓好；要加强教育的针对性，打牢高学历干部的思想和军事基础；努力探索培养高学历干部的路子，为高素质新型军事人才脱颖而出创造条件。
